Grass-Tex manufactures all of its turf in Dalton, GA. The plant has over 300,000 square feet of production and storage space and employees over 100 people. We now own 16 tufting machines of which 5 are the new high speed CMC type. A CMC type can produce a football field in about 20 hours. We produce turf all year long.
