CUSTOMER SERVICE
PLACING ORDERS
· *Email Purchase Order to your customer service representative or fax your order to (706) 272-3399
· *Emailing your P.O. is preferred.
· *Please don’t place phone orders.
· *Once your Purchase Order is received, we will respond via email. If you do not get a response (in a reasonable amount of time) please resend. (DO NOT DUPLICATE)
Your Purchase Order should include:
· *Ship to address
· *Preferred shipping method: If you have an account with a truck line, please include account number or UPS account number. Residential or business delivery and if a "call before delivery" is needed. (FedEx will no longer pick up at GrassTex)
· *Style name/number, color and backing, and if you need rolls side-marked. If you have received a freight quote from GrassTex, please include this on your P.O.
· *If your order is shipping to the customer please include contact name and phone number.
· *Please include the installation date if available.
· *After your order is entered, you will receive an order acknowledgment by email or fax.
· *Please check your acknowledgment for accuracy.
· *If you see any discrepancies, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATELY!
· *Any changes with your order, after you receive your acknowledgment, must be changed with customer service in writing.
* *Your order acknowledgement must be signed and returned before your order will ship

*Please email or fax your request· *Include ship to address, city, state and zip code.
· *Materials being shipped
· *Whether or not it is jobsite, residence, or business. Freight companies charge for Country Club deliveries as limited access.
· *Freight quotes expire after 5 days.
